I graduated cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas with a BA in Studio Art and Mathematics. I was accepted into the College of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in February 2011 and am set to graduate with an MD in 2015.
My life up to this point has consisted of making art, dreaming, organizing long lists of things I need to do, and then doing the things on said list. Typically, the things on the lists have been projects, homework, and absolutely riveting activities with my friends. I have yet to figure out how I bend the space-time continuum to make time for all these things (but I am very happy it works out that way).
I am a (semi-)recovered WoW addict. Don't ask which faction, realm, or class I played... because I won't tell you. I'm also a sci-fi enthusiast, a hopeless romantic, a designer, a reader, a big sister, a fiancée, and a writer. Like many people my age, I enjoy sharing YouTube finds with my friends and family, having good conversations over dinner and drinks, and dreaming about the future with my devastatingly handsome boyfriend.
I have many, varied interests. I certainly hope they come out in my blog. That is truly the one specific goal of posting-- to be myself. I have created this blog in an effort to document my experiences as an artist, a mathematician, a medical student, and a twenty-something woman in hopes of creating a journal for me to look back on later in life (and possible entertainment or insight for others as well). That said, I think I have said enough.
